The first floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a cozy bedroom. On the second level, you will find a mezzanine, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. With a generous total area of 70 square meters, this cottage can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.Additionally, the cottage features two lovely terraces. One of them offers stunning views of the rooftops and the bustling street below. Perfect for enjoying meals or simply unwinding with a cup of coffee.
Furthermore, the cottage includes ground floor cellars that are currently being developed into an additional bedroom and a library or game room, adding even more space for relaxation and entertainment.
Please note that the cottage is available for rent during the first week of July until the 31st of August. The weekly rate for this period is 450.
