Located in the picturesque countryside, this charming 18th-century farmhouse offers a tranquil retreat for up to 6 adults. Situated just 12 km from Pompadour, in the beautiful Vézère valley, this independent farmhouse is perfectly positioned on the outskirts of the Limousin, Périgord, and Quercy regions. Nestled within a peaceful farmland property, accessed via a small dead-end drive, the farmhouse is a mere 200 m away from a cow farm and the owners' residence.Boasting a sunny aspect, the farmhouse is encompassed by rolling meadows and wooded landscapes. The expansive garden, spanning 2000 m2, is securely fenced with sheep wire net and wood bars. The accommodation, totaling 115 m2, is all on one level and comprises the following:
- A spacious living room of 38 m2, featuring exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings, a comfortable sofa bed for 2, and a traditional fireplace known as a "cantou".
- A charming double room measuring 14 m2, equipped with two 80 cm beds.
- A sizable kitchen and dining area spanning 27 m2.
- Another cozy double room of 13 m2, furnished with a 140 cm bed.
- A compact double room measuring 10 m2, offering two 80 cm beds.

Directions
To get to the Gîte, follow these travel directions: Take the A20 from Paris towards Toulouse. Take Exit 45 towards TULLE - VIGEOIS. Then, follow road D3 to VIGEOIS, following the tourist road signposted as "circuit de la vallée de la Vézère". Continue on this road for approximately 8 km in the direction of OBJAT. You will reach a hamlet called "LES FOMBIARDES". After 500 m in this hamlet, take a right onto the road signposted as "LES CHAISES BASSES". The Gîte is located further 500 m down this road on the left.
