Your unique holiday home was once a stable and has been tastefully converted to provide a comfortable and cozy environment. With its own separate entrance, this detached house spans an area of 100 square meters and can accommodate 4 to 5 people. Surrounding the property is a spacious garden spanning 1000 square meters, providing ample space for relaxation and outdoor activities.

The ground floor of the house features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, and a spacious living/dining room where you can unwind and enjoy meals together. Moving upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and an additional toilet for your convenience.

Situated in the renowned Pink Granite Coast, you will have the opportunity to embark on breathtaking walks along the Ploumanach harbor, located near Perros-Guirec.
