Welcome to our romantic cottage, perfectly situated on the Dutch/Belgian border, just 2 km away from the renowned village of Philippine, known for its exceptional restaurants. Additionally, we are only 3 km away from Assenede, one of the oldest villages in Flanders.

Our cottage can accommodate a maximum of 6 to 7 guests and features three double bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, while the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. If needed, we can provide a free cot for your convenience. The cottage also includes a beautifully designed bathroom and toilet.

On the ground level, you will find a welcoming hall with a toilet, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room complete with a fireplace, HD TV, DVD player, and WiFi internet access. Adjacent to the living room is a dining room with panoramic views of the garden, surrounding fields, and pastures. Outside, you can enjoy the garden and various south-facing sun terraces equipped with a BBQ.

We also provide free bicycles for our guests to explore the area. Nearby activities include tennis, golf, sailing, surfing, swimming in both indoor and outdoor tropical pools, fishing, cycling, hiking, kayaking, and even indoor skiing.

The region is perfect for cycling, walking, relaxing, and fishing, and offers easy access to historical towns such as Ghent, Hulst (Netherlands) just 17 km away, Bruges, Antwerp, Damme, Middelburg, Goes, and Veere (Netherlands) within 35 km.

If you're looking to visit the Belgian/Dutch North Sea Coast, popular seaside resorts such as Breskens, Cadzand, Knokke, and Vlissingen are only a 20-minute drive away.

Lastly, we offer a free shuttle service from Eeklo train station to the cottage for guests staying a minimum of 4 nights.
