Situated in the heart of Chalonnes-sur-Loire, a UNESCO World Heritage site, this character-filled building will captivate you with its authenticity and the tranquil atmosphere of its garden and terrace, which offer a fantastic view of the Loire.

After months of renovation, the Lodging House of the Bargemen is ready to open its doors, boasting tasteful decorations that respect the charm of the surroundings.

The main house of this building comprises three carefully and imaginatively decorated guest rooms. Additionally, you will be charmed by the completely renovated Boatmen's Cottage, which offers a comfortable and independent stay.

Conveniently located near various amenities, you will enjoy strolling to the numerous restaurants, bars, and markets in Chalonnes-sur-Loire. These markets, which feature over a hundred vendors, take place every Tuesday and Saturday and are the largest in the Maine-et-Loire region.

This delightful cottage is the perfect accommodation for families, friends, or groups of up to six people. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an induction plate, oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Additionally, guests have free and unlimited access to the laundry room for all their washing and drying needs.

The first floor of the cottage offers a spacious living room, a bedroom furnished with a double bed measuring 160 by 200 centimeters, as well as a single bed measuring 80 by 200 centimeters. There is also a shower room and a separate toilet on this floor. On the second floor, guests will find another bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 by 200 centimeters and a single bed measuring 80 by 200 centimeters.
