Welcome to our splendid, well-situated cottage, perfect for a self-catering holiday. With a generous floor area of 126 m², this detached property offers plenty of space for relaxation and enjoyment. The cottage boasts a charming terrace and an enclosed garden, providing a peaceful and private outdoor space.Inside, the cottage features a spacious open plan split-level living room. Here, you will find a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a comfortable dining area, and a cozy lounge complete with a wood-burning stove and TV. The accommodation comprises three bedrooms, accommodating up to six guests. There is a bedroom with adult bunk beds, a double bedroom, and an additional double bedroom on a mezzanine level. We also provide a child bed with sides for young children up to three years old. For added safety, stair gates, a high chair, and a playpen are available upon request.
The cottage offers two bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests. In addition, there is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for your laundry needs. The property benefits from wood-fired and electric central heating, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay throughout the year.
Outside, you can relax and dine in the garden using the provided garden furniture and BBQ. The cottage is perfectly located near the beach and the sea, allowing you to enjoy the stunning coastal scenery of Finistère.
