With its proximity to the coast (a coastal path right to the doorstep) and its peaceful surroundings, this house offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Located just a short distance from popular resorts such as Carnac (3km), La Trinité sur Mer (6km), Quiberon (13km), Auray, the small port of Saint-Goustan (13km), Vannes, and Lorient (approximately 25km), as well as the enchanting Breton countryside filled with strong landscapes and legends.This 80m2 townhouse with a garden is fully equipped to accommodate 4 people. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a kitchenette, a veranda, a storage cupboard, and a toilet. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a storage cupboard, and another toilet. The house also offers an outdoor garden area and a parking space.
Prices vary depending on the season, ranging from 295€ to 610€ per week. Water and electricity (including heating) are included in the price, and bed linen is provided. Additionally, a baby cot, high chair, and babysitting services are available upon request.
