- Payment and Deposit:
- A deposit of 48 euros can be paid by check or charged to a credit card during the booking process.
- The remaining balance of the stay will be settled upon arrival.
- Cancellation and No Show:
- Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the arrival date.
- In case of late cancellation or no show within 3 days of the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
Terms of Occupation for the room are as follows:
- Check-in time starts from 1:00 p.m.
- Check-out time must be no later than 11:00 a.m.

By bus:
- Bus shuttles available from the station (Citybus), departing every 15 minutes.
- Choose one or two bus lines to the Grotto, Hotel, or Station (available from Easter to October).
- Price: 1.20 EUR per person (one way), 2.20 EUR per person (round trip).
- Operating hours: 7:00 to 19:00 (until 22:30 in July and August).
