- Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the arrival date.
- In case of late cancellation or no show within 3 days of the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.

By car:
- Two access points to the main shrines, with one-way streets that change every 15 days.
- From the city center, take Rue de la Grotte from the 1st to the 15th of the month.
- From the 16th to the 30th/31st of the month, take Boulevard de la Grotte.
- Check the direction of flow on the day of arrival.

By bus:
- Bus shuttles available from the station (Citybus), departing every 15 minutes.
- Choose one or two bus lines to the Grotto, Hotel, or Station (available from Easter to October).
- Price: 1.20 EUR per person (one way), 2.20 EUR per person (round trip).
- Operating hours: 7:00 to 19:00 (until 22:30 in July and August).

By car:
- Two main entrances to the Sanctuary with one-way streets that change every 15 days.
