This charming gite offers a comfortable and convenient stay. As you enter the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Moving up to the first floor, a spacious living room greets you, seamlessly connected to a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and microwave. The first floor also boasts a cozy bedroom furnished with two single beds measuring 90 * 200 cm, which can be easily combined if desired. Additionally, there is a small room furnished with two single beds measuring 90 * 190 cm, perfect for accommodating guests or children. Completing the first floor is a modern bathroom featuring an Italian shower, basin, and toilet. Step outside to the ground floor terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings with the provided garden furniture and barbecue. Directions
Directions from Caen: Take the Falaise Road and take the Grainville Langannerie-Ussy exit. Proceed for 3 km, passing through Grainville Langannerie, then turn right towards Ussy. Continue uphill in Ussy and take the first right. Drive for 600 m and the cottage will be on your right.
Directions from Falaise: At the roundabout near the Leclerc supermarket, follow the signs for Ussy. Pass through Villers Canivet and continue until you reach Ussy. Stay on the main road, passing the school, then turn right after the school. The cottage is located at the end of that street.
