Situated just 3 km from the northern gate of the famous Alsace wine trail, our cottages offer the perfect base for exploring the region.Our gites, known as "At the Old Tannery," have been newly built on the site of a historic tannery that operated in the 18th and early 19th century. Nestled in the peaceful town of Wasselonne, just 25 minutes from Strasbourg, our cottages are tucked away in a quiet courtyard away from traffic.
"The Lohkäs" cottage accommodates 2-5 people, while "Le Foulon" is perfect for 2-4 people and is equipped with everything you need to make traveling with a baby a breeze. Both cottages are tastefully furnished and decorated, offering a comfortable and functional space for your stay. They have been awarded a 3-star rating by the Prefecture and are recognized with 3 Keys Clévacances.
In addition to their convenient location for exploring Alsace, our cottages also provide easy access to neighboring regions such as Lorraine and the Black Forest in Germany. From the start of the Alsace wine route, just 3 km away, to attractions like the famous inclined plane of St. Louis Arzviller and the picturesque town of Obernai, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area.
