We offer a total of five rooms, with four of them featuring en-suite bathrooms and one having a private shower room just across the hall. Our guest rooms have all been recently renovated to meet high standards, boasting top-quality bedding and furniture. Each room is equipped with a TV DVD combo television, a hospitality tray, and a hair dryer. Additionally, an iron and ironing board are available for guest use. Our bath and shower rooms have also been recently refitted to ensure a high standard of comfort.

For those seeking a delicious meal, we provide a range of home-cooked evening meals upon request, featuring local dishes such as Cumberland sausage followed by the renowned Cartmels sticky toffee pudding. Our lounge bar offers comfortable seating, a cozy log burning fire, and a selection of beers, wines, and spirits. Guests are welcome to enjoy our patio area, accessible from the lounge and dining rooms, whenever the weather permits.

We prioritize the safety of our guests and have a fire alarm system that complies with Cumbria fire service regulations. Please note that we are a strictly non-smoking establishment.
