Welcome to our charming private cottage nestled on a beautiful piece of land. Outside, you will find a lovely terrace adorned with comfortable garden furniture and a parasol, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. A barbecue is also available for delightful outdoor cooking experiences. Additionally, the property features a cellar and a parking space for your convenience.Step inside the cozy interior, spanning across 60 m2, ideal for accommodating 2-4 people. The main room is enhanced by a fireplace and a wood stove, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a practical mobile bar, allowing for easy meal preparations. Electric heaters are installed in every room to ensure your comfort. For your relaxation, there is a comfortable sofa (which can accommodate 2 people) and a bed (also for 2 people), along with a chair and a TV.
