Welcome to our recently renovated apartment! This light, spacious, and comfortable space features brand new furniture, bedding, and major appliances. Located on the fifth floor of a traditional Haussmann building from 1887, please note that there is no elevator.Inside, you will find two themed bedrooms: The "Ethnic" bedroom with a double bed, and the "Design" bedroom with two joinable single beds and two foldaway beds. Enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast outside on the balcony, which is equipped with garden furniture and sunbeds.
We, the owners, live in the apartment next door and are available to provide any assistance or advice you may need. Whether it's recommendations for the best restaurants, bars, or shopping destinations, we will help you discover the real Paris.
The surrounding neighborhood offers convenient access to various attractions. Oberkampf is just a three-minute walk away, while the Marais area can be reached in fifteen minutes. République is only ten minutes away, and the Bastille can be reached in fifteen minutes. Additionally, the nearby Canal Saint Martin, the banks of the Seine, and various nightclubs and places of interest are all within walking distance.
