Located on a picturesque property surrounded by water, this 4-star cottage offers 90 m2 of space and can accommodate up to 5 people. With a secure and enclosed parking area, it is conveniently situated just 6 kms from BRIONNE and in close proximity to BEC HELLOUIN, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Experience tranquility and find solace in this hidden gem, which is also near a greenway for hiking and part of the Natura 2000 classified area. Discover charming nearby villages and immerse yourself in the rich heritage of the region. In addition to the cottage, the owners are delighted to share their XIIth century mill, bread oven, wash-house, and charming little campaign toilet with interested guests. (This site receives an average of 1,000 visitors per year as part of Heritage Days and various tours.) All of our guests describe their stay as being in a slice of paradise. For your convenience, there is a spa located 4 kms away and an organic farm practicing permaculture just 3 kms away. Golf enthusiasts will find courses just a few kilometers away. We also offer the possibility of a family room for events on the property and a second independent cottage on the same premises called "the nonsense of the mill park" which has a 3-star rating and can accommodate up to 4 people in a charming Norman style.Description for Gite
This gîte offers a spacious room that combines a dining area and a sitting area. It is equipped with a TV, DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave oven, hood, desk, and WC.Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom features two twin beds measuring 90/200 and a dressing area. The second bedroom has a single bed measuring 90/200, while the third bedroom has two twin beds measuring 90/190. There is also a bathroom with a large shower and a separate toilet.
Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
