Located in a picturesque avenue lined with trees, The Dunedin is a short stroll away from the seafront, which features a delightful promenade and a peaceful bay. Conveniently, there is ample free parking available on both sides of Alexandra Road and the neighboring streets.

While The Dunedin is situated on the outskirts of town, it is just a few minutes' walk from the town center and the seafront. This prime location allows guests to easily explore the numerous pubs, restaurants, and attractions that Penzance has to offer, all at reasonable prices.

Breakfast is served in a bright and airy dining room situated on the lower ground floor. Guests can indulge in a variety of cereals, chilled fruit juices, and cooked-to-order main courses tailored to suit their preferences.

For guests seeking relaxation, our Guest Lounge on the upper ground floor provides comfortable seating options, including sofas and armchairs.
