This tranquil and cozy retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and pleasure.Situated within the lush property of Katia and Stéphane, this 20 m2 independent apartment has been completely renovated. Its romantic white decor is complemented by a warm terracotta floor and a maritime-themed bathroom.
With its own entrance, a fully equipped kitchenette, a spacious 160 cm shower with chromatic lights, and a ground floor terrace shaded by a beautiful apricot tree, the studio provides everything you need for a relaxing stay. Just a few steps away, you can access the jacuzzi relaxation area through the garden.
Inside the studio, you will find a comfortable 140 cm bed, a convertible sofa bed for one person, a flat screen TV, and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and kitchen utensils. The private bathroom features teak furniture, a sea floor design, and chromatic lights. Outside, the terrace offers a garden table, chairs, and loungers for your enjoyment.
Throughout your stay, you can also make use of the heated jacuzzi relaxation area, which is available year-round and sheltered within the garden.
For your convenience, bed linen, towels, and bathrobes are provided. A courtesy tray with breakfast essentials such as coffee, tea, pastries, jams, butter, fruit juice, and more is also included. Stay connected with free wifi access and park your vehicle for free in front of the property.

Similar to the studio, the apartment offers its own entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a convertible sofa, a beautifully decorated bedroom, and a bathroom with a 140 cm shower and chromatic lights. A terrace on the ground floor furnished with a table and chairs completes the space. Just a few steps away, you can access the garden and the jacuzzi relaxation area.
