This description is perfect for those in need of a rewrite:Conveniently located just a short drive from the A20, our place is an ideal stopover for travelers, whether they're in vehicles, on bicycles, motorcycles, or hiking. It is also frequented by those interested in purchasing property in the surrounding areas.
Our private house offers a ground floor room with a separate exterior entrance, ensuring privacy and convenience. You can park your vehicle securely inside our locked gate. The room features a luxurious Californian King Size bed, a small walk-in wardrobe, and a spacious ensuite bathroom complete with a heater.
To start your day off right, we serve breakfast directly to your room, allowing you to enjoy it in the comfort of your own space. Please note that we do not have communal lounge facilities.
Within walking distance, you'll find Auberge St Roch, a charming establishment open for lunchtimes and on Friday and Saturday nights. Additionally, it serves as a convenient Depot de Pain.
If you're looking to explore the area further, the train station is just a 10-minute walk away. From there, you can easily access Brive and Limoges, both approximately 30 minutes away.
