House of 170 m²:On the upper level, there are three rooms and a cozy reading corner. There is a shared bathroom with a toilet. On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with an attached bathroom and toilet, as well as another bathroom and separate toilet. Additionally, there is a jacuzzi, sports area, and billiard room.
This house is situated 15 km from Blaye and 45 km from Bordeaux. It is perfect for a group of 8 people, offering a peaceful countryside setting with a pool and a barbeque area. The 3000 m2 park with a pond adds to the charm.
The well-equipped kitchen allows you to unleash your culinary creativity, and the living area provides a comfortable sofa where you can relax and enjoy a wide selection of movies. Bed sheets and towels are included in the price, and cleaning can be done by the tenant or for an additional fee. A visitor's tax of 0.9 euros per person per night will be charged upon arrival.
