This cottage is a spacious, detached house measuring 110 m2, perfect for accommodating up to 6 people. It is nestled within a charming fenced garden, complete with comfortable garden furniture for relaxation and enjoyment.Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen featuring a cooker, a 4-ring gas oven, a microwave, and a washing machine. The cottage is equipped with gas central heating, ensuring a cozy and warm atmosphere throughout your stay.
The living room is furnished with a television and satellite connection, providing entertainment options for all guests. The dining area comfortably seats 6 people, and a highchair can be provided upon request for families with young children.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower combination, as well as a separate shower and toilet. Bath towels and napkins are available for rent upon request. Additionally, there is a second separate toilet for added convenience.
The cottage features three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with two single beds measuring 100x190, while Bedroom 2 accommodates two people with a double bed measuring 140x190. Bedroom 3 also comfortably accommodates two people with two single beds measuring 100x190. Linen can be hired upon request, and a cot is available for families with infants upon request as well.
For added convenience, there is a laundry room with a washing machine. The cottage also includes a two-car garage and two private parking spaces, ensuring ample parking for guests.

Directions
To get to Rosheim, take the exit at Strasbourg, Colmar management, Molsheim, and Obernai. Once in Rosheim, cross the rue du General de Gaulle and head towards Boersch at the junction. Then, turn right onto the street leading to the chapel until you reach number 7 on the left side.
