Situated within a stunning arboreal estate, this property boasts a prime location just 1 kilometer from the scenic Dordogne River, offering a perfect retreat for groups of 10 to 14 people.Calviac en Périgord is rich in history, being one of the oldest towns in France with Roman origins, although little remains of its ancient past. The town itself exudes elegance and charm, with its houses clustered around a beautiful Romanesque church dating back to the 12th century.
Our rental property is a delightful independent farm nestled amidst a walnut tree-filled valley along the Dordogne River. Located in a quiet hamlet with no through traffic, the main house offers breathtaking views from its terrace, overlooking the majestic Fénelon Castle. With 8 spacious rooms and a sprawling terrace spanning over 300 m², this accommodation comfortably accommodates 10 to 14 guests.
The rental includes exclusive use of the house and terrace, providing a private and tranquil space for your group. Additionally, guests have free access to the charming farmyard, fields, and surrounding woodland, which are shared with both the owner and other tenants. Adjacent to the main house, there is a small secondary dwelling that may be occupied by the owner or another tenant, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Directions
Once you exit the A20 motorway at Souillac (exit 55), you'll find Calviac en Périgord situated in the Dordogne valley, approximately halfway between Sarlat and Souillac. Drive up into the village of Calviac and proceed on the road in front of the church. After passing the cemetery, take a left turn, followed by the first right onto Impasse de la Paponie. The accommodation can be found in the first farm on your left.
