This delightful cottage is nestled in a picturesque garden filled with flowers and trees, spanning an impressive 4000 m². The garden also boasts a children's playground and a shaded bowling green, providing ample opportunities for outdoor fun.As you step inside, you are greeted by a spacious covered terrace of 50 m², featuring a lovely garden and a large dining table perfect for enjoying meals al fresco or hosting a barbecue.
The cottage's entrance leads to a grand vestibule, which connects to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, teapot, coffee maker, toaster, raclette grill, and blender.
The living room, designed with high ceilings, creates a cathedral-like atmosphere and is furnished with a TV and DVD player. On the ground floor, there is also a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed (1.60 X 2 m), a bathroom with double washbasins and a walk-in shower complete with toiletries. Additionally, there is a washing machine, dryer, and a separate toilet with a washbasin.
Access to the upper floor is via a charming spiral staircase, leading to two more bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a king-size bed (1.80 X 2 m), which can be separated if needed, along with a cot. The second bedroom features three single beds (0.90 m X 2 m). There is also another bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor.
A mezzanine area overlooks the living room and is equipped with a small desk and a comfortable chaise lounge for relaxation.
Bed sheets, towels, and electric heating are all provided for your convenience. A cleaning deposit of 70 euros is required. Bicycles are available upon request, and amenities such as a high chair, changing mat, wooden bed, and baby bath are provided. The hosts are happy to offer advice and provide tourist documentation to enhance your stay. Moreover, guests have the exclusive opportunity to enjoy wine tasting sessions of Touraine wines, courtesy of their friends who are local winemakers.

From Paris: Take the A10 motorway towards Blois. Once in Blois, head towards Vierzon-Romorantin. After crossing the Loire, turn right towards Montrichard. Follow the signs for Montrichard and then continue towards Loches/Faverolles sur Cher. Cross the Cher river and at the second roundabout, continue straight for 200m. Take a left towards St Aignan/St Julien de Chedon, and then take the first right and follow the signs.
From Vierzon: If coming from the A85, exit at Noyers-sur-Cher and then take the N76. If using the D976, exit at Angé/St Julien de Chédon and follow the signs to St Julien.
From Tours: If using the A85, exit at Sublaines/Bléré and then head towards Vierzon. If using the D976, exit at Montrichard/St Julien at the roundabout towards Loches. After 200m, turn left behind the CARREFOUR MARKET supermarket towards St Aignan/St Julien and then take the first right to follow the arrows.
From Loches: Head towards Montrichard and just before the shopping center, turn right towards St Aignan/St Julien de Chedon. Then, take the first right and follow the signs.
