We offer four double rooms, each equipped with a terrace providing stunning views of both the mountains and the sea. All rooms are equipped with a satellite TV for your entertainment. Our shower rooms are stocked with a dryer and towels for your convenience. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable linens for a restful sleep. Each room has its own private entrance for your independence. Cleaning services are provided halfway through longer stays (lasting more than seven nights). Please note that there is a minimum stay requirement of two nights, and during the summer season, the minimum stay is extended to five nights. We also offer a discount for stays lasting seven nights or more.Reviews

Directions
To reach Les Mimosas, you have two convenient options. If you are coming from Nice Airport, there is a shuttle available that will cover the 40km distance. Alternatively, if you are taking the A8 motorway, simply take exit 59 for Menton. After passing the sign indicating the end of the motorway, make a right turn (360°) and follow the signs for Annonciade. Keep an eye out for our sign indicating "Chambes dhotes 2.3km" and you will easily find Les Mimosas.
