Our charming manor house, constructed in 1820, showcases the distinctive architectural style of the region, featuring a delightful blend of bricks and pebbles on its facade. Having been unoccupied for numerous years, we took ownership of this remarkable property in 2017 and have since embarked on a dedicated journey to revitalize its timeless appeal while preserving its inherent allure.

Upon entering, guests will discover a spacious lounge on the ground floor, adorned with an extensive collection of books for their enjoyment. Additionally, our first bedroom is conveniently located on this level, providing utmost comfort and convenience.

Moving to the first floor, our guests will find three elegant suites and an additional bedroom. Two of these luxurious suites boast a private terrace spanning 20m², offering captivating garden views. Meanwhile, the third suite showcases a charming balcony, also overlooking the picturesque garden.

Throughout our meticulous restoration process, we have strived to breathe new life into this historic residence, enhancing its beauty and ensuring a rejuvenated ambiance for our esteemed guests.

Directions

To reach our guest house, start by taking exit 9 towards Moissac Castelsarrasin from the A62 motorway. At the roundabout, turn onto the 1st exit heading towards Castelsarrasin and look out for the yellow signs indicating Deviation Agen. Follow these signs until you come across the indications for Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave. As you enter the village, you'll reach another roundabout. Take the 1st exit and our guest house will be on your right-hand side.
