I have a private room available for rent, measuring 13 square meters. It is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the Zoo de la Flèche and a 5-minute walk from the military prytanée. Additionally, it is only a 30-minute drive from the famous Bugatti circuit of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The room is independent and part of a single-story house, which is situated in a quiet area of the city center. You will have access to a furnished and sunny terrace, perfect for relaxation. A free parking space is also provided for your convenience. The bathroom and toilets are shared with other occupants. The room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, and linen supplies will be provided.
