Description:

Description for B&B:

Come and explore our four guest rooms, including a two-room suite, meticulously prepared with care and attention to detail in our newly renovated manor house. Each room is thoughtfully named based on our own personal tastes, history, and interests. We have given special consideration to three important aspects: your comfort, the authenticity of the surroundings, and our commitment to preserving nature. All of our rooms are equipped with air conditioning and wifi for your convenience.

Nestled in the charming southwest region of Tours, Ballan-Miré is now a part of the thriving Tours-Val-de-Loire metropolis. This location is particularly appealing to our guests, as it offers a delightful blend of the tranquil Touraine countryside and the timeless beauty of ancient castles. Whether you prefer jogging along the picturesque riverbank of the Cher or taking a leisurely stroll around the shores of Lac des Bretonnières, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy within a two-kilometer radius. Additionally, we offer a range of recreational options such as horseback riding, disc-golf, tree climbing, and more.

Our family has owned this estate since 1753 when La Fuye was presented to us as a wedding gift. We hold this legacy dear and constantly seek new ways to honor and utilize this magnificent property. The surrounding area boasts a rich historical heritage, with stunning architecture and breathtaking landscapes, including the untamed beauty of the Loire riverbank. Our house is conveniently located on the Tours-Villandry axis, near the "Loire à vélo" route, and within close proximity to a dozen extraordinary castles like Azay-le-Rideau and Langeais. You will have the opportunity to visit over thirty significant castles, including Chenonceau, Amboise, Loches, and Rigny-Ussé. Lastly, you will have the privilege of staying near a UNESCO World Heritage Site in a natural area that we are committed to respecting and preserving.
