For dinner, we offer a table d'hôte experience, providing a convivial atmosphere for you to savor our high-quality dishes. Most of our ingredients, such as meat, eggs, vegetables, and fruits, are sourced from our garden or neighboring producers.
If you're in need of relaxation, Melissa is available to provide rejuvenating massages, and a sauna is at your disposal for a tranquil experience.
Conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from Limoux, where you can find all necessary amenities, the castle is situated near the Aude River and the road to the Pyrenees. Additionally, the historic city of Carcassonne is only 40 minutes away, offering a glimpse into the rich Cathar history and the multitude of castles from that era.
The surrounding area is filled with vibrant markets, medieval villages, and stunning abbeys. There are also numerous activities suitable for the whole family, as well as a variety of cultural, musical, and sporting events within the Limouxin territory, all of which can be found at the Limoux Tourist Office.
Description for Gite
The ground floor master suite can accommodate up to 4 guests and features a queen-size bed on a mezzanine level and a trundle bed with 2 single beds on the floor. The bedroom includes an integrated bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. For added convenience, there is a kitchenette with a dining area and television, allowing guests to have some autonomy if desired.On the first floor, there is a charming double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a desk. This room offers beautiful views of the hills and vineyards facing south. The private bathroom is separate from the bedroom and includes a toilet.
The quadruple room on the second floor boasts the most impressive view of the village. It consists of a standard double bed and a trundle bed with 2 single beds.
All rooms are spacious, at least 20m², excluding the bathrooms. They are equipped with amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers, wifi, heating, and a fan. Sheets and towels are provided.
Please note that access to the floors is only possible via stairs, and we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes before ascending. This is to ensure the preservation of the heritage staircase and original flooring, reduce noise, and enhance your overall comfort. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Directions
Upon reaching the village, simply adhere to the path suggested by the directional signs. The castle is situated at the village's highest point, sandwiched between the water tower and the church, both of which are visible from a considerable distance. Park your vehicle at the designated parking lot by the water tower. From there, a short ascent over a porch will lead you directly to the castle entrance. Traverse the castle terrace to reach our reception area.
