The guest house is an independent building situated on the same property as our main house. It is rated 3 ears by Gîtes de France and conveniently located 15 minutes away from Center Parc le Bois aux Daims, the Fontevraud Abbey and Chinon. Saumur is only 30 km away, while Futuroscope and the Loire Castles can be reached within an hour.

The rental includes 4 bedrooms, accommodating a total of 9 beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and WC. Three bedrooms are furnished with a 160 cm bed, while one bedroom has three 90 cm beds. Additionally, the house can be rented as a gîte with access to a fully equipped kitchen. The property also features a garden with a heated pool measuring over 40 m2, which is available from April to October and comes with a shelter.

The price for bed and breakfast, including breakfast, is 50 euros for one person and 60 euros for two people during the low-medium season (January-May and October-December). During the high season (June-September), the price is 55 euros for one person and 65 euros for two people.

For those interested in enjoying a full meal, the table d'hôtes option is available at a price of 20 euros per person, including drinks. Children under 10 can enjoy the table d'hôtes for a reduced price of 10 euros.

Très bon accueil début août 2020 de Sandrine qui nous offre un séjour calme et confortable dans une ambiance comme à la maison avec une superbe table d'hôte partagée avec Sandrine. En prime, le soleil aidant, bain de soleil au bord de la piscine. Bref, cela vaut le détour dans un secteur qui ne manque pas datouts touristiques.

Nous recommandons les chambres d'hôtes et ... la table aussi : excellents repas dans une bonne ambiance.Le jardin est très agréable et la piscine relaxante avec de l'eau bien tempérée grâce au toit mobile. Le wifi est très réactif.
