We have a small house available for rent on the beautiful banks of the Dordogne river. This rental is perfect for 2-4 people looking to spend a vacation in the LOT region. The accommodation is 30 m² and consists of a living room with a fitted kitchen and a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed on the ground floor. At the rear, there is a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture for relaxation. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. If needed, there is also a folding extra bed available.This detached house, called "LA BOUTIQUE", has been restored to provide a comfortable stay. It is nestled in the heart of a quiet hamlet in the countryside, in the small village of Meyraguet, and is only 5 minutes away from Lacave and 15 minutes from Rocamadour. It is located in the Causse du Parc Regional du Quercy, offering stunning panoramic views of the cliffs that border the Dordogne river. The location is ideal for fishermen and swimming enthusiasts, as the river is only 400m away.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the surrounding area, including hiking trails, the GR6, fortified mills, chasms, canoeing, tree climbing, and farmers markets. Everything is in place for an unforgettable vacation. The house is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Souillac highway exit.

Directions
When you reach Souillac, Sarlat, or Brive, head towards Cahors, Lacave, and Rocamadour. Proceed and pass through PINSAC, making sure to pass by the chateau de TREYNE. After approximately 800 meters, turn right onto the road indicated by the sign "classified church - Meyraguet". Continue straight ahead until you reach the facade of the wrought iron gite "LA BOUTIQUE", just before the piloris on the right.
