LÉphémère is a cozy small house situated in a peaceful area of Limoges, just east of the city center. It is conveniently located near the La Borie university park, the International Office for Water, the Aurence landscaped park, and the municipal rose garden. The city center is only a 10-minute walk away, and the main roads are easily accessible.Adjacent to the Bernardaud porcelain factory, LÉphémère is an independent house separate from the owners' residence. It overlooks a lovely garden where guests can enjoy their breakfast on sunny days. Parking is available on the quiet street, and public transportation (Line 8) conveniently passes by.
The guest house, with a total area of 35m², is entirely dedicated to the tenants during their stay. It features a living room, a kitchenette, a shower room, and a bedroom with a comfortable 140 x 190 bed. The house is elegantly decorated and equipped with amenities such as an oven, dishes, TV, hairdryer, and free wifi.
As the host of lÉphémère, I am pleased to welcome guests throughout the year. Being a guide-lecturer, I am more than happy to introduce you to Limoges and its surrounding region. I can provide recommendations and advice tailored to your preferences and needs.

To get to the Maison dhôtes lEphémère from Limoges city center, head towards the north-east direction. Take the A20 highway and exit at Zone Nord. Follow the ring road that leads to Poitiers-Angoulème. Once you reach the ring road, turn onto rue Edouard Michaud. Continue straight on rue des Ruchoux. Then, make a right turn onto rue Michel Chevalier, followed by another right onto rue Brillat-Savarin. Finally, take a left turn onto Rue de la Borie.
