Description:

Description for B&B:

The Guesthouse River is a traditional Gâtinais farmhouse that dates back to at least the 18th century and has been passed down through generations. In 2004, the owners made the decision to restore it in order to provide a comfortable stay for guests like you. They have carefully preserved the original character of this family home, with its thick stone walls, tiled floors, and charming country-style roof made of small flat tiles. Situated in a peaceful countryside location, right by a river in the heart of Gâtinais, the Guesthouse River is ideally positioned between the vibrant city of Nemours (known for its beautiful poppy fields) and Montargis (often referred to as the "small Venice of Gâtinais"). Just 6 km away from the medieval town of Chateau-Landon, this Bed and Breakfast, constructed with local stone and featuring a delightful porch, guarantees a rejuvenating and relaxing stay.

Salutations!

We are a Spanish couple. We stayed in this B&B last July. We must say that the house is wonderful. The owner is a charming person, very endearing.

The room and bathroom were the most beautiful one I've ever been!! Everything were really clean, spacious... The breakfast was delicious!!!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Nathalie the hospitality she gave us.

When we return to France, we will stay there again for sure.

Greetings!
