This Bed & Breakfast is located in the owner's charming 19th-century house. Previously a café/hotel/restaurant, it now offers two comfortable rooms on the first floor. One room features a double bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the other room offers twin beds. Guests can enjoy the spacious conservatory, which serves as a relaxing area for reading, playing board games, and even dining. The B&B provides all the necessary crockery, cutlery, a fridge, and a microwave for guests' convenience. An enclosed parking area, beautiful garden, and patio are also available for guests to enjoy. Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking and does not allow pets.

Reffannes can be found on the D938, positioned 12 kilometers north of Parthenay and 16 kilometers south of St Maixent l'Ecole. To the east lies Poitiers, approximately 40 kilometers away, while Niort is located 40 kilometers to the south.
