With 5 rooms and a mezzanine featuring a sofa bed for 2, this cottage is attached to a renovated convent but offers complete independence. Situated in the village center with convenient access to shops, the property boasts a tranquil and spacious garden of 2500 m2.Equipped with modern appliances, this comfortable cottage is well-equipped for your stay. It has been awarded a 3-star rating by the Prefecture, ensuring a high standard of quality. Additionally, the cottage is conveniently located near the highway, with Lannion just 1 km away, Perros-Guirec's beautiful beaches only 25 km away, Guingamp at 13 km, Bégard with its water park just 4 km away, and a charming small town nearby.
The weekly prices in euros are as follows: 990 for July and August, 790 for May, June, and September, and 690 for the rest of the year. Please note that the official capacity of the house is 10 people, but it can accommodate up to 12 with the use of the sofa bed. For groups larger than 12, there is the option of 3 additional beds on mattresses available free of charge. However, guests using these mattresses must bring their own sheets (or sleeping bag) and towels. Please note that the maximum capacity of the house is 15 people.
For groups of 12 to 15 people, there is an additional charge of 8 euros per person per day on top of the weekly price. A reservation deposit of 30% of the stay is required. Additionally, there is a local tax of 0.50 euros per person (aged 13 and above) per day from 1st to September 30th. It's important to note that the prices include bed linen and bathroom linen.
Outside of school holidays, the host is happy to welcome guests for weekend or short stays. The price for a two-night weekend stay is 410 euros based on 12 people, with an additional charge of 175 euros per extra night.
