Rent this charming, upscale cottage in the historic center of Colmar, known as the "Dock of the Fish". This 40 m² apartment features a spacious 23 m² bedroom, perfect for 2-4 people. With its exposed beams and large windows, this 16th-century house is full of character and was renovated in April 2012. Convenient parking is available.

Located just 100 meters from the famous Christmas market at Koifhus, and a stone's throw away from Little Venice and the Market Hall, this apartment offers the best location in Colmar. It is also only a 20-minute walk from the train station, 45 minutes from the nearest ski resorts, and 20 minutes from the renowned Golf Ammerschwihr.

The apartment itself is bright, calm, and beautifully furnished. It includes a bedroom, a bathroom, a hallway with storage space, and a modern yet traditional Alsatian kitchen. Enjoy stunning views of the Covered Market and Little Venice. Gas heating ensures your comfort.

The bedroom is equipped with two high-quality anti-mite treated beds (90x190), and sheets woven by a master weaver from Alsace are provided. The bathroom features a bath-shower and a sink, along with a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with branded appliances, including a fridge, induction cooker, hood, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and coordinated crockery. Additional amenities include an iron, vacuum cleaner, smoke detector, coffee table, dining table for four, TV, and a mini stereo system with a USB socket for your iPod.

The cottage boasts a meticulously decorated interior, and linen, coffee, and cleaning products are provided. A foldable baby bed is also available. Rest assured with the presence of a smoke detector.

During the Christmas markets from November 23 to December 31, as well as July and August, the weekly rate is 490 euros (including expenses and sheets), with parking included. In the months of January, February, October, November (until the beginning of the Christmas markets), the weekly rate is 350 euros (including charges, sheets, and parking), with a minimum stay of 2 nights costing 170 euros. In March, April, May, June, and September, the weekly rate is 420 euros (including charges, sheets, and parking), with a minimum stay of 2 nights costing 190 euros. Nightly rentals are available for 70 euros, except in June, July, August, September, and December.

Parking is included in the price, and Anne also offers a second cottage just 50 meters away, with 95 m² of space and 3 bedrooms. It is possible to rent both cottages together, accommodating up to 10 people.
