Welcome to La Ferme de Chaouen, a charming modular cottage that can accommodate anywhere from 5 to 20 guests. Located in the picturesque village of Fulvy in Tonnerre, near Ancy le Franc, this beautiful Burgundy farmhouse is the perfect destination for those seeking a relaxing getaway.

Surrounded by rolling hills and nestled between the banks of the Armançon River and the Canal de Bourgogne, this area is renowned for its stunning countryside and delicious local wine and cheese. The region has a rich history, with its Renaissance-era castles and traditional washhouses that still evoke the essence of ancient Burgundy.

Chaouen Farm has been lovingly restored and furnished to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for your vacation, celebrations, or family reunions throughout the year. With a spacious living area of 350 m2, the cottage offers ample space for all guests. The ground floor of 230 m2 can be rented separately and features a large living room, a games room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with both a tub and shower, a sauna for two people, and a separate toilet. This section comfortably accommodates 5-8 people.

For larger families or groups of friends, an additional level accessible via a staircase can be rented, offering 1, 2, 6, or more rooms, depending on your needs. This upper level can accommodate up to 12 people and has its own bathroom and toilet.

Outside, a private patio provides a secluded area with a covered terrace, equipped with patio heaters for cooler evenings. The lawn is perfect for sunbathing, and an above-ground pool with a wooden exterior is easily accessible via a removable ladder, ensuring the safety of children. Two barns are available, one for parking cars and motorcycles, and the other for hosting parties and events with friends.

Music enthusiasts will appreciate our fully equipped and acoustically treated music room, which can be used for rehearsals or compositions.

Heating in the cottage is provided by an oil boiler on the ground floor and electric radiators upstairs, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the season.
