Description for Gite

Experience the ultimate family holiday by having your own wing in a magnificent castle. This spacious holiday house (144 m²) is located in a separate wing with its own independent entrance. It comfortably accommodates 4 people in 2 bedrooms, but if you require additional rooms, we have two more available on the second floor of the castle, bringing the total capacity to 10 people. Please inquire about the possibilities.

On the ground floor, you will find a stunning 57m² living room with granite tiles and exposed beams, offering a superb view of the moat. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, electric cooking, microwave, and dishwasher.

A shared staircase leads you to the first floor, where your private hall connects two spacious rooms (1100 & 1350) side by side. These rooms offer breathtaking views of the moats and vineyard, ensuring total privacy in your dedicated part of the castle. The first bedroom boasts a luxurious double bed and a small step up to access the Castle tower, where you will find your opulent private bathroom with a freestanding bath, large separate shower, and WC. The second bedroom also includes a luxurious adjoining bathroom with a shower and WC.

Additional features of this accommodation include a living space of 144m², free WIFI, an X-box for entertainment, and the availability of baby beds upon request. The two private bathrooms offer a range of amenities, with one featuring a freestanding bath, separate shower, and WC, while the other includes a shower and WC. This gîte is suitable for up to 4 people, along with children up to 2 years old.

Let us provide you with a detailed description of the bedrooms. Room 1100 holds a special place in the Château's history, as it marks the very beginning of this unique structure. With views overlooking the moat, winery, and vineyard, this 24m² room offers a charming sitting area by the window where you can relax and enjoy our Château wine with a cheese platter. A small step takes you into the tower of the Château, where you'll discover your luxurious private bathroom spanning 18m². This bathroom features a free-standing bath, a large separate shower, and a WC.

Room 1350 is named after the Boux family, who were the first inhabitants of the Château and lived here for 110 years. This 18m² room provides a delightful view of the moat, allowing you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the water from the comfort of an armchair.

A refundable deposit of 200 is required at the end of your stay (cash or cheque accepted). Rental of the gîte includes bedlinen and basic kitchen and WC essentials. Beds will be made upon arrival, but please bring your own towels. We kindly request that you leave the gîte broom clean and take good care of the rest of the space.

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the Château, but is allowed outside. Pets, with the exception of horses (see: take your horse to the Château), are not allowed.

By making a reservation for this gîte, you agree to our rental conditions. Please take the time to read them carefully before confirming your booking.
