Description for B&B:
Ghislaine and Eric warmly welcome you to their charming B&B, a historic presbytery from 1764. The stone building, complete with a charming dovecote, will captivate you from the moment you arrive, as you stroll down the beautiful alley of cedar trees. Eric recently renovated this fabulous presbytery, carefully preserving its authentic Gascony charm by using traditional materials.Your spacious and bright room is thoughtfully furnished to ensure peaceful nights. The combination of old-world charm and modern comfort creates a beautiful balance. The cozy cocoon features a large 160/200 cm bed. The SUITE bedroom offers a 160/200 cm bed for two people, two 90/200 cm beds for the third and fourth person, and a sofa bed for a potential fifth or sixth person in the same SUITE bedroom. Each room has its own private bathroom with a basin, shower, and WC. A folding cot and high chair are available upon request.
Our sheets and towels are changed at least twice a week. On our sunny terrace, you can enjoy a delightful breakfast made with locally sourced products, carefully selected with love and attention. The guest house is surrounded by a pleasant setting, with a four-hectare wooded park that offers magnificent views of the gentle Gers hills. After a refreshing swim, you can relax and sunbathe by the sunny swimming pool, which is bathed in light.
"Arpentian" has only the deer and squirrels as neighbors, frolicking in the fields of sunflowers, wheat, and rapeseed. We have preserved the authenticity of this place, with its ancient boxwood and majestic cedar tree that has graced the property for over 250 years, providing a peaceful spot for relaxation. Additionally, we have a TV library lounge area where guests can unwind. We also provide leaflets with a wide range of entertaining activities in the region, such as horse riding, fishing, golf, hiking, canoeing, water parks, lakes, boat trips, wine tours, castles, markets, and restaurants, ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy.
