Welcome to the charming old town of Plouharnel, where Laurent Vidal - a talented sea photographer - invites you to experience a memorable stay between the vast ocean and the stunning Bay of Quiberon. Situated near the renowned chapel "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" and just a stone's throw away from the picturesque coastal path, our guest rooms await you.

Located on Rue de la Baie, a tranquil dead end street that leads directly to the sea (Coté Baie de Quiberon), the scenic coastal path (GR34), and the captivating oyster farming sites of Kercroc, our establishment offers a truly idyllic setting.

On the ground floor, you will find our welcoming reception area and the breakfast space, which opens up to a spacious south-facing terrace, perfect for relaxing in the sun.

Upstairs, we have two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom:

- The "West" room, a spacious and peaceful attic room, faces west and offers a charming glimpse of the ocean and the Bay of Quiberon. It features a comfortable "King size" bed (180x200) and its own private bathroom facilities. This room can accommodate an additional bed (90x200). Rates for the West room, including breakfast, start from 90 to 100 Euros per night, with an additional bed available for 30 Euros (breakfast included).

- The "East" room, another attic room, consists of two interconnecting bedrooms, both with their own private bathroom facilities. It boasts a luxurious "King size" bed (180x200) and an additional single bed (90x200). Rates for the East room, including breakfast, start from 80 to 90 Euros per night, with an additional bed available for 30 Euros (breakfast included).

For your convenience, we provide a visible availability calendar, which can be found by searching for "Laurent Vidal Rooms" on the web (Google). Please note that during the months of July and August, a minimum reservation of 4 nights is required, while the rest of the year has a minimum reservation of 2 nights.

Check-in is available from 5 p.m., and we kindly ask guests to check-out before 11 a.m. Our establishment also offers closed private parking, a charming garden, and two bicycles for your use. Additionally, we provide internet connection and WiFi access, as well as refrigerators in both rooms.

Conveniently, all necessary amenities, including a supermarket, can be found within walking distance. Welcome to Villa Laurent Vidal, a charming 4-star villa located in the heart of Plouharnel's old town. Situated near the beautiful "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" chapel and just a short distance from the coastal path (GR34), this villa offers a perfect blend of coastal relaxation and cultural exploration.

Rue de la Baie, where the villa is situated, is a peaceful dead-end street that leads directly to the picturesque seafront and the Kercroc oyster farming yards. All the necessary amenities are within walking distance, including a supermarket, pharmacy, press, and a variety of restaurants and bistros.

The villa itself is a second house, separate from the guest rooms but located on the same property. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room (50 m2), a laundry room, a toilet, and a bathroom with an Italian shower. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable 180cm king size bed. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower, while the third bedroom has access to a shared bathroom with a 180cm bed and 2x90 cm beds.

The villa also offers a private swimming pool exclusively for your use. The pool is heated to 28°C from March to October and has a uniform depth of 2.10 m across its entire surface (7 X 3.50 m). It is covered by a retractable sliding shelter, allowing you to swim comfortably even in mid-season. The shelter is secured by a key and complies with standard NF P 90-309. The terrace surrounding the pool is well-equipped with comfortable sofas, deck chairs, a hammock, tables, and a barbecue, creating the perfect space for outdoor relaxation.

The garden is completely enclosed, ensuring your privacy during your stay. The parking lot can accommodate up to three vehicles, and electric recharging is possible from a regular outlet.

Please note that the villa is not currently equipped to accommodate individuals with reduced mobility.

The price of your stay includes all necessary amenities, such as bed and bathroom linen, pool towels, and taxes. The beds will be made for your arrival, allowing you to immediately settle in and start enjoying your vacation.

In addition, depending on availability, you can borrow equipment such as paddles, surfboards, kayaks, or bikes from the guest rooms.

You are welcome to arrive on any day of your choosing for a minimum stay of five nights.
