Enjoy your holiday in a charming cottage located in a peaceful environment, surrounded by 14 acres of lush pasture and 20 beautiful Purebred Arabian horses. Just a 5-minute drive from the beach, downtown area, and Cap d'Agde, this 100 m2 cottage offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room and dining area with a flat screen TV and DVD player, as well as high-speed internet access. The living room opens up to a fenced terrace of 40 m2 with a lovely garden. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and coffee machine. There is also a convenient toilet on this floor.
Upstairs, you will discover three cozy bedrooms, including one with a king-size bed (160) and two with queen-size beds (140). There is also a bathroom with a shower. Private parking is available, and there is the option of renting a garage if desired. Linens are provided for your convenience.
The cottage has its own separate entrance, ensuring complete privacy from the rest of the buildings. Rates range from 800 to 1300 depending on the season. Additionally, there is an opportunity to bring your own horse for a weekend stay or participate in livestock workshops.

Directions
Take exit 34 AGDE on the A9 motorway and head towards AGDE-SETE for 11 km. When you reach the roundabout, take the direction towards Grau d'Agde. At the second roundabout, continue towards SAINT VINCENT Prunette. The road will be on your left and approximately 800 meters away, near the restaurant BALUFFE THE RABBIT. Follow the path for about 400 meters.
