In October 2016, we were fortunate enough to acquire this stunning property, complete with existing holiday homes, which presented an opportunity to redefine our lives. As enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sports, entrepreneurship, and a deep appreciation for animals and nature, we sought to establish a unique holiday park at Les Cabanes de Rouffignac. Our aim was to create an environment that would meet our own high standards; offering a balance between simplicity and comfort, ensuring privacy while also fostering connections with others. Description for Gite

The Gite au lac offers a stunning location with a picturesque view of the lake. The layout of the gite includes an entrance, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a double sink and a spacious walk-in shower. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge, 2 freezer drawers, a 4 burner gas appliance, an oven, and a dishwasher. The cozy living room features a comfortable sitting area and a wood stove, while the dining area consists of a table with 6 chairs. Outside, there is a covered terrace with garden furniture for you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The gite comprises two ground floor bedrooms with single beds measuring 80 x 200 cm, perfect for accommodating two people in each room. Additionally, there is a double loft with single beds, which is a delightful space for children. The gite is equipped with amenities such as a TV with satellite reception, 2 sunbeds with cushions, and an outdoor table with chairs.

While swimming in the lake is not permitted, fishing is allowed. For those looking to cool off, there is a swimming pool available with a diameter of 6 meters (photo included). The prices of the gite rental include booking costs, cleaning fees, and tourist taxes. Please note that during the high season (July/August), only weekly rentals are available, while in other seasons, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
