This gite is perfect for a group of 4 to 5 people. The ground floor features a cozy sitting room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a sofa armchair, dining table and chairs. You'll find a fridge, gas hob, oven, and microwave for all your culinary needs.On the upper floor, there is a lovely double bedroom, a convenient shower room, and a separate toilet. Additionally, the second floor houses an attic bedroom with three comfortable single beds.
Outside, you can enjoy a fenced courtyard with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. There's also a barbecue available for your use. For your convenience, there is a barn with a washing machine and an extra fridge.
Parking is available on-site, ensuring you have a safe place for your vehicle. Moreover, just beyond the owner's garden wall, you'll discover a magnificent 10-meter by 5-meter swimming pool. Access to this pool is granted through a gate.
The gite is situated in the charming hamlet of Goué, right next to the vibrant market town of MANSLE. Here, you can explore a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. Additionally, there are plenty of organized activities to enjoy, including canoeing, walking, archery, and many more.

Directions
To reach Mansle, you can conveniently access it from the N10 road, which lies between Ruffec and Angouleme. When approaching from the north (Ruffec), simply make a right turn at La Gagnarderie. On the other hand, if you are coming from the south, pass through Mansle and take a left turn after crossing the bridge onto the Fontenille road. After traveling for about 1 km, you will reach Goué. From there, take the first left onto a narrow lane and then make the first right to enter the courtyard area.
