This holiday cottage offers twin lodgings for up to four people on the first floor. It is situated in a peaceful clay area surrounded by lush greenery. The accommodation includes a spacious room, kitchenette, bathroom, WC, mezzanine, and a lovely garden. Pets are welcome to stay as well.The cottage is conveniently located just 200 meters away from shops and can be accessed via a footpath. It is also only 2km away from a cinema and a bowling alley. For those interested in exploring historical towns, Rennes is just a 10-minute drive away, as is the charming town of Bécherel. Additionally, the beautiful coastal destinations of Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo, Cancale, and Mont Saint Michel can be reached within a 30-minute drive.
During the months of July, August, and holidays, the rate is 300 euros per week or 50 euros per night. Throughout the rest of the year, the weekly rate is 180 euros. For shorter stays, the rate is 35 euros per night from Monday to Friday, and 45 euros per night on weekends and holidays. These prices include bed sheets.
