Located in the peaceful countryside, this charming 64 sqm² gîte is situated on a vast enclosed property adorned with beautiful trees and vibrant flowers. Positioned on the first floor of the owner's house, this gîte offers independent access through outside stairs, providing a sense of privacy. Adjacent to two other gîtes, it is perfect for those seeking both solitude and camaraderie.The gîte features a spacious lounge and a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals. There is one bedroom furnished with a comfortable 160cm bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, another bedroom boasts three individual beds measuring 90cm each, making it suitable for families or groups. The small bathroom includes a convenient shower and toilet.
For your convenience, amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with a deep freezer, color TV, and DVD player are provided. Stay connected with the availability of a telephone and WiFi. During colder months, enjoy the cozy ambiance created by the fireplace.
To enhance your stay, the option to rent sheets (€10 per set) and towels (€5 per person) is available. Upon request, cleaning services can be arranged for €60 after your departure.
Step outside onto the 13 sqm² terrace equipped with comfortable teak furniture, where you can unwind and appreciate the tranquility of the surroundings. The shared pool, measuring 13*6, offers a refreshing escape during warmer days. Additionally, there is garden furniture, a barbecue, an arbour, and an outdoor shower to further enhance your outdoor experience.

Directions
To access the destination, follow the directions for Porto Vecchio until you reach Querciolo. Once you reach the end of the village, take a left just in front of the Renault Garage. Continue driving for 2.7 kilometers towards the sea until you see the signpost for Gite Rural. Take a right turn at the signpost, and you will find the house 200 meters away on your right side.
