Description:

Description for Gite

Located in the heart of the Perigord Noir, surrounded by the beautiful valleys of the Dordogne and Vezere rivers, our gite is a hidden gem in a charming village with a stunning 13th century church. With its proximity to the famous Lascaux caves, Sarlat, and the Eyzies, our property, known as the Garden of Eden, offers a peaceful and tranquil retreat for both friends and family.

Recently redecorated and modernized, our accommodations - The Four (1 bedroom), the Chalet and the Oustal (2 bedrooms), and the Fournil (4 bedrooms) - still maintain their original features, such as wooden beams and stone walls, providing a unique and authentic atmosphere.

Each cottage is fully equipped with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including a color TV, DVD player, electric or gas cookers and ovens, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hoover, iron and ironing board, air ventilators, parasol, BBQ, garden furniture, and all kitchen utensils.

Our landscaped garden features a fenced-off swimming pool, complete with tables, chairs, and sun loungers. Children will have plenty of entertainment with swings, table tennis, badminton, basketball, volleyball, football, and even pony trekking.

Nature lovers will appreciate the numerous public footpaths, off-road cycling routes, and opportunities for canoeing and fishing, all while being serenaded by a chorus of singing birds. History enthusiasts will be spoiled for choice with the abundance of prehistoric caves, dwellings, and castles in the area.

For those seeking relaxation and indulgence, the Garden of Eden offers fine wines and exquisite Perigordine cuisine, among other delights. Visit our website at www.gite-vacance-dordogne.com for more information.

Additional services such as sheets, towels, baby's cot, high chair, and baby's bath can be arranged upon request. Please note that electricity usage is not included in the rental price.

We are open year-round and welcome both weekend and long-stay guests (excluding high season). For inquiries and reservations, please contact us at 05.53.50.73.61, 06.82.88.34.05, or 06.79.63.98.03.
