This recently decorated house offers a bright and airy living space on the ground floor. The open plan living area features double opening French windows that lead out to a patio area and a large, enclosed garden. The living area is well furnished with an extendable dining table and chairs, a 3 seater sofa, a comfortable armchair and wicker chair. Entertainment options include a CD Radio Cassette player, a television with both French and English stations, a Video DVD player, and a selection of DVDs. The tiled floor is complemented by throw rugs.

The well-equipped kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a chest freezer in the garage. It also features a breakfast table with stools and is conveniently located to the left of the entrance hall, opposite the double glazed doors to the living room. A large window overlooks the parking area and garden to the front. The kitchen floor is tiled.

The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower with a glazed door and a wash basin. There is a separate toilet.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and bedside tables. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. Both bedrooms are carpeted. A cot and bed linen are available upon request.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with parking available both outside and inside the gates. There is a large grassed area opposite the front gates for children to play. The house is conveniently situated just 500m away from a local shop and bar. There are also good local restaurants, amenities, and attractions nearby, including horse riding, tennis, bike hire, water sports, and golf facilities. The area offers many interesting circuits along quiet roads for walking and cycling, and maps of the numerous droves and footpaths are available in the house.

The sandy beach at Hauteville-sur-Mer is just a short drive away from the house. In addition to the beach, there is a sailing school and a Sunday market during July and August, as well as a smaller market on Sundays throughout the rest of the year. Other nearby attractions include horse riding, a golf course, and a casino at Agon-Coutainville.
