Pets are not permitted in our cottages. Rentals are available on Saturdays starting from 4 pm and must be vacated by 10 am on Saturday morning. The lease will be effective once we receive the contract and deposit. The deposit required is 25% of the total amount, and the remaining balance should be paid upon arrival. A refundable deposit of $300 is also required, which will be returned or refunded within 15 days after your departure. The daily tourist tax is $0.40 per person, with children under 13 exempted between June 15 and September 15. An additional charge for electricity usage will apply for any consumption exceeding 8 KW per day.
