Villa Oliveto is a charming country relais situated between the beautiful beaches of Versilia and the historic town of Lucca. Nestled on a private hill, this stunning property offers breathtaking views of the Versilia coast.

Featuring five double rooms, each with its own private bathroom and panoramic views of the Tyrrhenian coast, Villa Oliveto provides a comfortable and luxurious stay. Guests can relax in the spacious living room, watch TV, or indulge in a good book. The villa also boasts a magnificent patio with panoramic views and a large garden where breakfast is served during the warmer months.

Our breakfast menu exclusively features local products such as homemade jams, cheeses, hams, and cakes. We take pride in offering the freshest and most delicious ingredients to our guests.

One of the standout features of Villa Oliveto is our state-of-the-art swimming pool, which utilizes an innovative ecological system of water sanitation without the use of chlorine. Instead, we rely on saltwater to maintain the cleanliness and purity of our pool.

Surrounded by 8,000 sq.m. of beautifully landscaped grounds with flowers and trees, Villa Oliveto also provides ample private parking for our guests. Its prime location makes it an ideal base for exploring the nearby beaches, as well as the many interesting attractions in the area. The villa is located just 6 km from the sea of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, and the historical town of Lucca is easily accessible within half an hour. Guests can also visit the famous Michelangelo marble quarries, the charming towns of Pietrasanta and Camaiore, as well as the renowned Cinque Terre and Gulf of Poets. Florence is just 90 km away, Siena 140 km, and San Gimignano 80 km.

For music enthusiasts, the international Pucciniano Festival takes place in May and August at Torre del Lago Puccini, which is only 8 km away from Villa Oliveto. This festival is a must-visit for fans of the legendary composer, Giacomo Puccini.
