Experience comfort in our fully equipped studio, surrounded by a spacious enclosed garden, complete with a serene sundeck and barbecue area. Additionally, enjoy the convenience of secure indoor parking during your stay.

The studio consists of:
- 1 bathroom with a complete shower, toilet, washing machine, and hand basin
- 1 bedroom with a comfortable 140 bed, bedside table with a lamp, shelves, and a closet
- 1 large living room with a 140 sofabed, table and chairs, microwave, coffee maker, and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishes and utensils. The living room also features a TV and tasteful decorative elements.

We are open year-round and offer flexible accommodation options for both short and long stays. We provide special packages for bikers and pilgrims on the St. Jacques Compostela route. Please note that pets are not allowed and our rental is strictly non-smoking.

Please also note that a 97 tax applies to your stay.

Directions

Take Highway A9 and exit at GALLARGUES-Le-Montueux. Follow the signs towards Grau-du-roi. At the third roundabout, take the first right and then the first left towards the tennis courts. Look for a blue portal with a pushbutton labeled "The Abrivado."
