This ground floor studio is situated in a peaceful suburban residential area with no through traffic, just a short distance from the city center. The town hall and pedestrian shopping streets are only 1400 meters away, while the Leclerc shopping center and Grand Large are 1000 meters away.The studio is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a table, folding table, cupboards, electric cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric toaster, mixer, balance household vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and all necessary kitchenware.
There is a seating area with a sofa bed that sleeps two, two stools, a table, and a TNT television. Internet access is available through the wifi access visitors function, which is a service provided by the Orange network.
The dining area has a table and six chairs, along with additional storage space. There is also a bar area with a shelf and bar. The bedroom features a comfortable bed (with bedding provided), a night table with an electric alarm clock, and a wardrobe.
The bathroom includes a shower and sink, and the toilet is located within the bathroom. Pets are welcome at no additional cost.
Outside, guests have access to garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Free parking is available in the courtyard in front of the studio.
