Located between Beauce and Perche, just 7 km from Illiers-Combray, the charming village that inspired Marcel Proust's childhood memories, and Aunt Léonie, our cozy bed and breakfast awaits you. Situated only 3 km from the source of the Loire River and a short 15-minute drive from the historic city of Chartres, Nathalie and Dominique warmly invite you to stay in one of our three comfortable rooms. These rooms were once stables, which have been lovingly restored with great attention to detail, showcasing their unique character through exposed beams, traditional tommette flooring, and wooden features. Each room offers a private bathroom and independent ground floor access, ensuring convenience and privacy for our guests. Furthermore, our accommodation is fully accessible for individuals with reduced mobility. To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that pets are not brought along, and our rooms are strictly non-smoking. You can also rest easy knowing that your vehicle will be safely parked within our closed parking area.Description for Gite
This renovated barn offers a spacious 60 m2 living space. The ground floor features a bright living/dining room with a high cathedral ceiling, connected to an open and fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed (160) and a modern bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs, a charming mezzanine area provides two single beds (90).Outside, you can enjoy a private enclosed patio with a lovely wooden terrace, complete with garden furniture, a barbecue, and parking facilities. The patio overlooks a closed pool area, offering a beautiful view.

Originaire dIlliers-Combray et habitant en Bretagne, jai trouvé le gîte parfait pour venir visiter ma famille en Eure-et-Loir. Je vous recommande vivement ce gîte très agréable et au calme. Nathalie, la propriétaire des Logis du Breuil, est une personne dune grande gentillesse et surtout très discrète. Le gîte est très bien équipé, spacieux, que ce soit au niveau de la pièce de vie, de la chambre à coucher et de la salle de bain. Nous avons beaucoup aimé laccès au jardin par la terrasse à labri des regards. Lentrée privative dans la cour du gîte est très rassurante pour garer sa voiture. A lavenir, nous y séjournerons dès que nous reviendrons en Eure-et-Loir.
