The bathroom on this level offers a refreshing shower, toilet, and a sink, while the laundry room boasts a washing machine and ironing facilities. The cozy lounge area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two people, and there is also a TV room with an additional sink. The bedroom on this floor is furnished with a double bed and a baby bed, perfect for a small family. There are two mezzanines in the house, one with a single sofa bed and the other with a double bed.
Step outside onto the spacious 30m² terrace, where you can enjoy barbecues and relax on the comfortable garden furniture sets. If you're a cycling enthusiast, there is a secure storage area for bicycles. The house is open for bookings throughout the year, making it an ideal choice for any season.
